Configures comparison and handling of models, objects, properties, and styles during a model update.
Maps use the nested config_diff, model, objects, properties, and styles groups. setFromMap() preserves existing values for omitted fields and unrecognized enum strings. Defaults follow the JSON specification, using the first listed mode. Serialized mode strings are converted to strongly typed enums.
